Our Rooms – Crouy-sur-Ourcq
Our guest rooms are located in an independent building, overlooking a small natural pond.
They all have a separate entrance from the garden or the balcony, and an independent bathroom with a shower cabin, sink and toilet.
Sheets, towels and shower gels are provided.
Rates :
- 75 € / night with breakfast included
- Decreasing rate : less 12 € the 2nd night, and less a further 10 € for the 3rd and 4th night
- Price for 1 week : 225 € (for the first week)
- Rate for 2 weeks : 330 €.
- Family room : 120 € per night
- Decreasing rate, same system as for the ordinary rooms
- Rate for 1 week : 225 €
- Rate 2 weeks : 360 €
They are equipped with a double bed of 160 cm (1 bed of 180 cm + 2 beds of 90 cm for the family room), a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, glasses and cups. But also satellite television and internet.
Breakfast is served at the time of your choice on the "bridge", an atypical 75 m² timbered and glazed room, located on the 2nd floor of the building.
The loft
In a wing of the property with a separate entrance, this is a large space with exposed beams. The 92 m² main room sleeps 2 people on a 180 cm bed and on the 18 m² mezzanine, 4 people can sleep in 2 x 140 cm beds.
The American-style kitchen area is equipped with an electric stove with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, and also has all the pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses and utensils for cooking and eating around a large table with two benches. In the room there is also a sofa, a piano and a TV set.
A private bathroom with a bathtub is on the mezzanine.
Price : 360 € / week.
The large 60 m² studio
This room is located on the 2nd floor of the building, with an independent entrance from the balcony : sleeping 2 people in a 180 cm bed, + 2 people on the mezzanine in 2 90 cm beds, with a sitting area, a sofa and TV.
The kitchen area has a sink and a work table, equipped with a gas stove with oven, a microwave, a coffee maker and an electric kettle, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, a bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle, a washing machine and internet access.
Price : 295 € / week.
The small 50 m² studio of
This 50 m² space with an independent entrance, and an exposed framework, is on the 2nd floor of the building.
It sleeps 2 people in a 180 cm bed in the main room + 2 people on the mezzanine in a 140 cm bed, with a kitchenette, a sink and a work table which is equipped with a gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, television, internet access.
Price : 275 € / week
The deck
It is a 75 m² wooded and glazed typical room on the 2nd floor, between the loft and the studios, equipped with tables for 4 people, a television, a small library.
Originally intended for breakfast, it can be used during the day for coffee, reading, meeting in bad weather and chatting.
It can also be booked for small private events, family reunions from 15 to 30 people or mini symposiums (kitchen area, dishes etc...which allows you to use it independently)
